The email sync FastTrack360 integration automates review requests to your candidates after placements are made. To set this up, you need to configure a transactional email within the FastTrack360 Referral Workflow. Once set up, this integration triggers a review request from Sourcr to the recipient(s) of your elected transactional email.

This article gives step-by-step instructions on how to integrate FastTrack360 with Sourcr. To learn more about email sync as an integration, click here.

Note: only agency admins should set this up, it is not recommended for individual recruiters to action this integration. This is because the administrator should manage all reviews as they come in to the system therefore the admin's distinct Sourcr BCC email address must be input into FastTrack360.

Part A: Create or edit a candidate facing email within FastTrack360.

1. Head to Maintenance > Merge Templates

2. Open the relevant folder and select Add Template to add a new email, or edit an existing email listed on the interface.

3. Input your unique agency Sourcr email address into the BCC field of the email template. For information on where to find this unique agency email, read this article on email sync here. Edit the email template as you normally would and select Save.

Part B: Implement the email template within the Referral Workflow.

1. Head to Recruitment Manager > Maintenance > Select the Referral Workflow that you would like to edit > select Edit

2. Toggle over to Automation > Add Automation

3. Complete the Stage, Auto Item Type, and Recipient details, ensuring that the template corresponds to a stage in the workflow following a successful placement. Select the Template Icon. Navigate to the email template that was edited or newly created in Part A and click on the email template.

4. Now that the template has loaded, you can select Save.

Note: once reviews start coming through, agency admins must verify them within the Sourcr app by matching them to a placement. In this process, the reviews will be assigned against the relevant agency consultant. Further details on this process can be found here.

Note: in cases where you don't want review requests to be sent to a particular candidate, agency admins can login to Sourcr within 48 hours to remove the review request from the pipeline before it's sent.
