Sourcr is excited to launch Profile Views! To show recruiters how many people are viewing their profile and where the traffic is coming from.

When you log into Sourcr you’ll see your Profile Views section in your dashboard. This indicates how many views your profile is receiving in the past 90 days. You should be aiming for a minimum of 100 profile views a month, with the highest performing profiles getting over 1,000 views a month.

Profile Views look like this:

If you haven’t received a review in a while, your Profile Views might flag that it’s important to collect reviews consistently - as recruiters with recent reviews are 4 x more likely to be contacted.

Check out this article to learn how to drive more traffic to your profile, using SEEK and LinkedIn. For more tips on how to maximise traffic to your profile - follow the steps in this article.

We track the four main sources of profiles which are:

  • SEEK - clicks from your Sourcr widget on Job ads

  • LinkedIn - clicks from your LinkedIn profile and activity

  • Direct - from browsing the Sourcr site or from your initiatives, e.g. Capability Statement, sharing it with prospects, proposals or email signature

  • Google - prospects viewing your Sourcr profile from Google search

Please note:

  • Profile Views are only available to recruiter pages, not agency profiles.

  • If you are an admin, the Profile Views on your dashboard relate to your personal profile, not the agency profile.

  • Recruiters need a minimum of three (3) reviews in order for their profile views to show in their dashboard.
