Our Email Sync G-Suite integration enables review requests to automatically be sent to your clients and candidates after a placement is made. All that’s required is for a transactional email to be set up (e.g. first day email) within Gmail and you can trigger a review request to be sent to the recipient.
This article gives step-by-step instructions on how to integrate Gmail to Sourcr. To learn more about Email Sync as a feature, click here.
Note: only the administrator or owner of G-suite for an agency can set this up, it is not possible for individual recruiters to action this integration. Make sure you’ve got your unique agency BCC email address handy.
Head to Admin Counsel / Settings / Apps (if Apps aren’t immediately visible, they might be under Manage this domain)
Within Apps, select G-suite / Gmail
Go into Advanced Settings and search - Content Compliance
Within Content Compliance, select Edit or Configure (this should prompt a pop up where you can Add Setting)
Follow the prompters in the settings, these include:
Check Outbound
Click ‘Add’ to a trigger
Select ‘Advanced content match’ under Simple content match
Select ‘Subject’ under Location
When you get to Content, type the subject line of the email you’re wanting to add the Sourcr BCC address to - e.g. First day email
Once you’ve done this, down the bottom of the page is ‘Also deliver to’ - this is where you can ‘Add more recipients’ and paste the unique agency BCC email address.
Finish this by clicking ‘Add Setting’
