It's not uncommon for two recruiters to work together on placements, one representing the client’s needs and managing that relationship, and the other managing applicants and sourcing candidates.
Until now, Sourcr could display a review on only one recruiter's profile.
Introducing the new Resourcer Reviews feature!
Where two recruiters collaborated on a placement, both can now showcase candidate reviews from this placement on their Sourcr profile. It will be flagged as a ‘Shared Effort’ so that it’s transparent to visitors that this review is shown on both of the recruiters’ profiles.
Will this be done retrospectively?
Yes - there is an opportunity to add team-mates to past split placements if they are also allocated to this placement in your ATS.
How can a Resourcer Review be created?
When a candidate review is received against an eligible placement in the Sourcr system, the placement owner will receive the option to ‘Add Recruiter’ to the review on their Reviews tab.
The placement owner within the ATS and agency admins will have the ability to edit Resourcer Reviews.
NOTE: This can also be done for candidate reviews collected via Email Sync.
What can a recruiter do if they need to be added to a review?
First of all, make sure you’re listed as a contributor in your ATS, then contact the placement owner according to your ATS - this recruiter has the ability to edit Resourcer Reviews.
Who can respond to a resourcer review?
Placement owners and/or Agency admins are able to respond to resourcer reviews.
Can multiple recruiters reply to the same review?
No - by design, we can have 1 reply per review

Yes - though the feature will be applied automatically only to all Sourcr customers with their JobAdder or Bullhorn ATS integrated. All placement owners on Sourcr will have the option to manually add an additional resourcer to their reviews.
How does this impact agency reviews and ratings?

It doesn’t. A review will only ever be counted once on an agency Sourcr profile, both in review count and ratings. This feature benefits individual recruiters in a 180 degree role and will not impact an agency profile.

No, only reviews collected on the Sourcr platform are eligible to be Resourcer Reviews.

The algorithm for the Sourcr Awards will be updated for next year to account for this feature. Once this is finalised all Sourcr users will be notified of the change, though there will be no benefit to either recruiters or agencies in the Sourcr Awards who have Resourcer Reviews.

Resourcer Reviews are only relevant to candidate reviews. This is because the candidate experience can involve both the placement owner & the candidate resourcer, whereas the client experience would only involve the placement owner.
