This feature brings your active SEEK, JobsDB and JobStreet job ads directly to your public pages —where candidates can message you directly about a specific role if they're not ready to apply.
By showcasing relevant information in one place—your reviews, past placements, achievements and live SEEK ads roles to strengthen your profile to build trust and prove your capability.
Managing Jobs on your Public Profile
Log into the app and navigate to the ‘Jobs’ menu on the sidebar
Manage your job ads by turning them on or off using the toggle switch OR
Adjust the order in which they appear by dragging and dropping using the dotted bar.
Important Notes:
If you’re an agency admin, you can only manage jobs on the agency profile. Individual recruiters manage their own listings.
Toggling an ad ‘off’ does not remove your widget from SEEK ad it only removes it from appearing on your public profile.

Ensure your recruiter profile widget is showing on all SEEK, JobsDB and JobStreet job ads—this will mean that candidates can easily find your profile, browse all jobs and reach out about specific questions. Learn how to do that here.

1. What is the benefit of showing the ads on public profile?
Showing job ads on your public profile creates a central hub for candidates. When they visit your profile, they can see all your current opportunities and click through to view the full job ad on SEEK where they can apply. They can also contact you directly from your profile with the "Email me" or "Call me" buttons.
By linking your public profile across all candidate-facing touchpoints (email signatures, LinkedIn, business cards, etc.), you give candidates one place to learn about you, see your reviews, and explore all your current roles.
When a candidate is interested in one of your jobs, they can send a message through your public profile. Here’s what happens next:
You’ll receive an email notification that includes the candidate's message, their country of residence and the relevant contact information
To respond, copy the candidate’s email address from the notification, and send them an email directly.
Important Note:
Do not reply to the notification email , as your message won’t reach the candidate. Use the details in the notification to connect with the candidate.
You can also disable the "Email me" feature from the Settings tab if you prefer not to receive messages.

To enable this feature you must have 1+ verified reviews.
Jobs will appear on your public profile if the job ad includes your recruiter
widget, as both use the same matching criteria.
If some job ads aren’t appearing, it might be due to incorrect information in the following criteria:
Recruiter Code: If your unique SCR code is in the job ad description, it takes priority.
ATS Connection: If no recruiter code is found, we'll check if you are connected to ATS and then we'll match the job to the recruiter listed as the ATS job owner.
Email Address: If there’s no match through recruiter code or ATS, we’ll search the job ad for an email address.
Phone Number: If there’s no match through recruiter code, ATS, or email we’ll search the job ad for a phone number.
Important Notes:
If the email or phone number in the ad doesn’t match the email or phone number you used to sign up, the ad won’t appear on your profile.
If you're not the ATS job owner, the ad won’t appear on your public profile.

Job ads remain on your profile as long as they’re active on SEEK, JobsDB and JobStreet. Once a job expires on SEEK, JobsDB and JobStreet, it will be removed from your public page within 24 hours.
