UPDATE: If you're a Bullhorn or JobAdder user integrated with Sourcr, your Sourcr widget will now automatically appear on your SEEK, JobsDB, and JobStreet job ads in most of the case. No need to manually add the #SCR tag — Sourcr will pull in the profile of the recruiter assigned to the job in your ATS.

To be eligible, recruiters must have at least two reviews and a profile photo for your Sourcr profile widget to display in on the job ad in both the search results and embedded in the job ad.

If your Sourcr profile isn’t appearing automatically, keep reading for simple steps to add your Sourcr profile to your job ads.

You can showcase your live Sourcr profile on your job ads — both in the search results listing and within the job ad itself. This helps boost candidate click-through rates and increase application volume by facilitating:

  • Greater trust in the legitimacy of the advert and the recruiter

  • Candidates contacting recruiters for more information rather than abandoning their application

  • Clients contacting recruiters to support new hires

Here's an example of what it will look like in the search results:

Displaying your reviews

This section is only relevant for users when both of these widgets don't show automatically

For SEEK

Our matching logic is quite complex, we use multiple factors to ensure accuracy. To display your profile on SEEK job ads, include your mobile number or email address in your job ad description. Ensure that this information matches the contact details in your Sourcr profile, and your widget will be automatically integrated into your job ad. If the widget still doesn't display, please add your unique SCR code at the bottom of your job ads as a backup solution.

For JobsDB/ JobStreet

To display your profile on JobsDB and JobStreet job ads, you'll need to add a short code to the bottom of your job advert content. The job board will use this to identify you and display the profile.

How to get your code

Half way down your Sourcr home page, there is a blue banner with your individual unique recruiter code. Simply type this in the body of your job advert and the banner will appear at the bottom of your advert.

The code will consist of "#SCR-" + "your unique slug" at the end of your public profile URL.

For example if your profile url is https://sourcr.com/recruiter/terra-branford
The code will look like this:

#SCR-terra-branford

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Which Sourcr plans have access to this solution?

All Sourcr plans have access to the SEEK/ JobsDB/ JobStreet integration. As part of SEEK's acquisition of Sourcr, all SEEK/ JobsDB/ JobStreet customers can now access the Pro plan for free. Contact support@sourcr.com if you want access.

2. I want to get the codes for all recruiters in our agency, how do I do that?

Contact support@sourcr.com and we can provide you with a list for your agency.

3. Someone else in my team didn't receive a code, how do they get one?

Everyone with an active Sourcr profile has access to a code on their dashboard.

4. Why isn't my profile visible on my SEEK/ JobsDB/ JobStreet job ads after I've added the code?

In order for your profile to display on your job ads, you have a minimum of 2 reviews on Sourcr and a profile photo uploaded. Those who do not have two reviews or a profile photo will not be able to display their profile on SEEK/ JobsDB/ JobStreet, which is most likely why it's not visible.

5. The wrong recruiter profile is visible on my SEEK/ JobsDB/ JobStreet job-what should I do?

As previously mentioned, our profile-matching logic is quite sophisticated. We use multiple factors to determine which recruiter’s profile should appear alongside each job ad. However, in rare cases, the incorrect profile may display.

To manually ensure the correct profile is shown, you can add your unique SCR code to the job ad. This will override the automatic match and trigger the correct profile. Once added, please allow up to 24 hours for the change to reflect on SEEK.

If you’re unsure where to find your SCR code or need help applying it, feel free to contact our Support team at support@sourcr.com.
