Only agency admins can connect the agency account to a Google business account. If you’re a recruiter looking to syndicate your Google reviews please send this article to your admin. If you’re an individual recruiter looking to upload your Google reviews or any existing third party testimonials to your profile, please contact our Support team.

How to add Google reviews to your account:

Method 1 - when you integrate your Google Business account

1(A). Go to the Analytics page in your admin account and click on ‘Connect to Google Local’ to integrate to your Google business account.

1(B). Once this has been done - your Google reviews will appear on this page and as an agency admin, you'll be able to assign the reviews to the appropriate recruiters. The reviews will then be displayed on both the recruiter's profile and the agency page as Third Party Testimonials.

1(C). Because a star-rating was provided on Google, Third Party Testimonials received from Google will display this star rating alongside the testimonial. This is how it will appear on the recruiter’s profile. The date will be shown as the date stamp the review was originally received on Google, and will appear chronologically on your profile.

1(D). As the placements associated to Google reviews aren’t verified by us, Google reviews will remain ‘unverified’ and remain in the 'missing verification' column and will not contribute to the average rating of the recruiter or the agency. Third party testimonials don’t contribute to total review count or profile rating (both for agencies and recruiters) including these criteria for the Sourcr Awards and Recommended Recruiter status.

METHOD 2 - If you have already integrated your Google Business account

2(A). If you’ve already integrated your Google Business account to your agency account (kudos) - head to the Reviews page and you should be able to view your Google reviews in your Sourcr admin account.

This can be accessed on the Reviews tab - where you can click the button ‘Get Reviews’ and choose which method you’d like to use. Click on ‘Add from Google’ and you’ll be able to allocate reviews to your recruiters, and continue the instructions in section 1(B) of this article.

Third party testimonials don’t contribute to total review count or profile rating (both for agencies and recruiters) including these criteria for the Sourcr Awards and Recommended Recruiter status.
