What does it mean to win Recruiter/Agency of the Year?
To be awarded Recruiter or Agency of the Year means you deliver an unrivalled service in your category, thanks to the feedback you received direct from clients and candidates. This gives you credibility and recognition that you can share with prospects. To support you with this you will be able to access a personalised collection of digital assets for use across your online footprint.

RECRUITERS:
Overall review star-rating
Review quantity: total number of reviews in the relevant industry*, and overall in FY25
Review conversion: the number of reviews received divided by outstanding review requests for placements made in FY25
AGENCIES:
Agency performance is calculated based on the average star-rating, review quantity and review conversion from your individual recruiters.
*Industry categories are established based on data collected when a placement is made. This data is taken from your ATS or as entered when manually uploading a placement under 'Job Category' shown below.

Sourcr makes the process of collecting a review simple and have timely, automated requests available to be sent to your clients and candidates after every placement you make. Whether they complete the review form largely depends on the strength of your relationship and the service you delivered. High conversion rates indicate you have strong client and candidate relationships and deliver memorable service.
How do I enter to win an award?
How do I enter to win an award?
You simply need to access your free profile and start collecting verified reviews from your clients and candidates! These awards are based on meritocracy and are free to enter.
To be eligible for the awards you must be actively using Sourcr, based on the following criteria:
To be eligible for an individual recruiter award, profiles must have received a review within the last 90 days (as at June 30, 2025).
To be eligible for the agency awards, 75% or more of the recruiters in the agency must have received a review within the last 90 days (as at June 30, 2025).
Only verified client and candidate feedback, along with quality review data, are considered when selecting winners. Unverified third party testimonials don’t contribute to total review count or profile rating (both for agencies and recruiters) including these criteria for the Sourcr Awards.
