What is it?

'Recommended Recruiter' is a status achieved by top performing recruiters who gain consistent and positive customer feedback on their Sourcr profile.

What are the benefits of being a Recommended Recruiter?

Gaining the Recommended Recruiter status shows to prospects that you're in the top 10% of recruiters in your industry, positioning you as a trusted expert and putting your name above competitors.

This will allow you to:

  • Establish immediate trust with clients and candidates

  • Stand out from your competitors

  • Showcase your expertise

  • Encourage prospects to reach out to you directly

What comes with it?

  • A gold badge on your profile and other channels promoting your status, accompanied by some impressive statistics - be seen as the top 10% on Sourcr!

  • Assets will be displayed on all Sourcr customer touchpoints - your profile, capability statements, SEEK job ads and more

  • Downloadable assets to share on all your external channels such as LinkedIn, email signature etc.

  • Includes number of reviews, number of placements made and average salary

Now the big question…

How do I achieve Recommended Recruiter status?

It’s simple:

  1. Have a minimum of 5 reviews on your profile

  2. Be currently active (have received a review within the last 90 days)

  3. Have an average review rating of 4.5+ stars

Meet these 3 criteria and you will be granted Recommended Recruiter status. 🏅

Can I lose my Recommended Recruiter status once I attain it?

Once you’ve achieved a Recommended Recruiter badge you can keep it as long as you stay active - in other words, if you don’t receive a review for over 90 days, you’ll lose your title. And don’t forget your rating needs to stay above 4.5 stars! If this slips below 4.5 stars you will lose your status.

Consistency is key - it’s been found that 83% of customers believe reviews older than three months aren't reliable and relevant, so it’s important to stay ahead of the curve with frequent review collection to maintain your status.

How do I keep track of this?

There will be a progress bar in the top right of your app homepage when you log in, that will show you how many reviews you've got to go...

...and how many days remaining for you to gain a review to avoid your Recommended Recruiter status expiring.
