In the scenario where you may have forgotten your password or need to update your password, follow these steps below:
Step 1: On the log in page hit 'forgot password?' (log in page is https://app.sourcr.com)
Step 2: Type in your email address and hit 'reset', then hit 'Back to login'
Step 3: A pop up should appear saying 'we just emailed you a link to reset your password'
Step 4: Head to your emails and reset password through the email link
*Remember if you have autofill on for your passwords, make sure you delete them before trying to log in again!
Password requirements:
At least 12 characters
A lowercase letter
An uppercase letter
A number
A symbol
Does not include your first name
Does not include your last name
Your password cannot be any of your last 15 passwords
At least 2 hours must have elapsed since you last changed your password
NOTE: The password reset email will expire within 24 hours so make sure you update your password as soon as possible once you received the email
