To check if you are properly integrated with Google My Business through Sourcr, navigate to the homepage, and click on 'Analytics' on the left-side menu. Once in Analytics, scroll down and until you see the section on Google Reviews. It should show your office location.

If it's showing a different location or no location at all, you can hover your mouse over that button and click on Disconnect Account.

Proceed to this link, scroll down until you find Sourcr, and click on Remove Access.

Alternatively, you can log in to your GMB account and navigate to the 'Data and Privacy' tab. You will need to remove Sourcr from the the 'Third-party apps & services' section.

Return to your Sourcr Analytics page and reconnect with the correct email address you use for Google My Business. You will get a message that the integration is successful.

If you are using the correct email but your integration was unsuccessful it's possible there are multiple GMB accounts connected to that email. There's no way to select one account, but there is a workaround for this:

  • Create a separate email that is not linked to any other GMB accounts.

  • Following this, create a location group and add the newly created account as a manager.

You can check this article on adding and removing location group owners: https://support.google.com/business/answer/6085299/add-and-remove-location-group-owners-and-managers?hl=en

Once the above action is complete, please go ahead and connect to GMB through Sourcr using this new email.

The Google connection only works when you have one "Business" (locations) under one GoogleMyBusiness account (email address).

GMB's with no location: This is only affecting Work From Home recruiters who do not want their address there. Although there is an option to write a review directly, we do not have a workaround for this at the moment.

GMB's with multiple locations: Your agency can only send Google reviews to one of your locations. If your agency has multiple offices, you should choose your primary office. To do this, you need to list the location you want the reviews to go to with Store Code 1.

Here are the steps to changing your store code:

  1. Sign in to Business Profile Manager.

  2. In the menu panel on the left, click Info.

  3. On the right under “Advanced information,” locate “Store code.”

  4. To add a store code, click the Edit icon.

  5. Enter the store code in the window that appears, then click Apply.

NOTE:

Any unique identifier can be a store code. A store code can be anything from the name of a place to a random number, as long as it stays the same to refer to that location.

Include your brand name in your store code to avoid confusion between spreadsheets (for separate business or personal accounts). For example, if Google had 100 locations, they might be named "GOOG1", "GOOG2", "GOOG3", etc.
