To check if you are properly integrated with Google My Business through Sourcr, navigate to the homepage, and click on 'Analytics' on the left-side menu. Once in Analytics, scroll down and until you see the section on Google Reviews. And you can connect to your Google Business Account by clicking 'Connect to Google Local'.

If the wrong account is connected , simply hover over the button and click ‘Disconnect Account’ to remove integration.

Alternatively, you can log in to your GMB account and navigate to the 'Data and Privacy' tab. You will need to remove Sourcr from the the 'Third-party apps & services' section.

Return to your Sourcr Analytics page and reconnect with the correct email address you use for Google My Business. You will get a message that the integration is successful.

If your agency operates in multiple locations and uses separate Google accounts for each, you'll need to set up multiple Sourcr agency accounts — each linked to its corresponding Google account.

Alternatively, you can create a single overarching Google account that manages all locations. This would allow us to publish Sourcr reviews across all locations from one central account.
