Setting up your email templates is quick and easy, and an important part of collecting reviews.

This is the content that employers and candidates will receive once recruiters submit a review through your Sourcr account and can go a long way to ensuring they get a response.

Step 1: On the left-hand side of your screen select the 'Setting' or 'Assets' tab from the menu.

Step 2: On the 'Setting' page, click 'Invite Settings' on the tab bar close to the top of your screen. This will show you both the 'Candidate Email' and 'Employer Email' which you can customise freely.

Step 3: Once you customise both email templates, you can test or preview what each recipient will receive by clicking the 'Test' button below the email content field.

Once you have saved your email templates, these will update for the recruiters in your agency.

NOTE: Not happy with the content and want to start again? No worries, just click the 'Reset' button to the left of 'Test' and you will be brought back to the default content.
