The first step is to take some time to carefully review the feedback and understand where things may have gone wrong. You might consider reaching out to the reviewer to address the issue directly or simply respond to the review publicly to share your side of the story.

If you believe you have received a negative review unfairly or if the review appears particularly malicious, you can contact us at support@sourcr.com to request its removal. Please provide supporting evidence, such as an email chain with the candidate or client or relevant ATS notes to assist in the review process as per ACCC's government regulation and our term & conditions.

We understand that mistakes can happen—reviewers might accidentally select the wrong star. If the review or rating doesn't reflect what the reviewer intended, we’re happy to help get it updated. If you have written evidence (such as an email or message from the reviewer clearly stating the correct rating or changes they’d like to make), you can forward this to our support team and we’ll update the review on their behalf. Alternatively, the reviewer can contact us directly at support@sourcr.com to request an update to their review or rating.

Here are the most common scenarios where reviews can be updated, provided there is written evidence from the reviewer:

  • The reviewer accidentally submitted the review too early.

  • The reviewer selected the wrong star rating by mistake.

  • The reviewer was not aware that their review would be publicly visible.

We only consider removing a review if there is a clear error and the reviewer has requested changes, or if it can be proven that the review is unjust with evidence.
Please note that we do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.
