Sourcr ranks recruiters based on their placements and reviews. This way visitors, whether they be employers, candidates or other recruiters, can see a list of the top-ranking recruiters based on their search criteria.
We rank recruiters within the markets they work based on volume of reviews received and overall review score. For example, a recruiter with one review and a five star rating would not rank as high as a recruiter with 50 reviews and a 4.8 star rating.
Our algorithm applies incremental weighting, prioritizing review volume at first and gradually placing greater emphasis on overall rating as more reviews are collected. Additionally, profile completeness—such as adding a profile picture, specializations, and contact details—also contributes to ranking.
