Sourcr ranks recruiters based on their placements and reviews. This way visitors, whether they be employers, candidates or other recruiters, can see a list of the top-ranking recruiters based on their search criteria.
We rank recruiters within the markets they work based on volume of reviews received and overall review score. For example, a recruiter with one review and a five star rating would not rank as high as a recruiter with 50 reviews and a 4.8 star rating.
Our algorithm uses an incremental weighting which scores review volume high initially then places more importance on overall rating as a higher volume of reviews is achieved.
Personal review data is also complemented by the number of verified placements on your profile. Once a placement has been verified (a review has been left) it cannot be removed or changed.
