Most recruiters don’t currently collect reviews from clients and candidates. It’s important as the feedback helps recruiters improve and the content of positive reviews can be used as marketing collateral. Verified reviews mean the information has been verified by a trusted third party, in this case Sourcr. This adds credibility to the review as the information cannot be amended.
