This article explains the process for submitting content removal requests on our platform. Only recruiters who believe content violates our Terms of Use may submit a removal request.
When Content Can Be Removed
In accordance with ACCC regulations, we cannot remove content especially with reviews simply because they are negative. Written evidence will need to be provided in order for our team to consider the removal, and we'd only take down contents that are in breach of clause 9.1 in our Terms of Use.
Removal process
When requesting content removal or editing particularly for reviews, we require written evidence to verify claims, such as:
Email correspondence
Text messages
Documentation from ATS systems
Other relevant communications
Once you have gathered the relevant information, please share it with our support team at support@sourcr.com. We will carefully review all submitted requests and evidence, aiming to respond within 24 business hours with the appropriate actions completed. If we require any additional information, we will contact you directly.
