Profile Photo

They say a picture paints a thousand words — so it's important your profile photo makes the right impression. Here are a few tips to ensure your photo meets our guidelines:

  • Accepted file formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, or PDF

  • File size must be under 2MB. Recommended dimensions: 225 x 225 pixels

  • Make sure your photo is high resolution — avoid anything pixelated or blurry

  • Colour photos are encouraged, and including company branding is a bonus

  • Use the image cropper to adjust the positioning for a perfect fit

Note: You will need a profile pic if you would like to display your Sourcr profile on Seek or to show up on the Sourcr directory.

Contact Information

Make sure your name, job title, email, and contact number are all up to date.

Location is especially important — it's a mandatory field that must be completed when updating your profile for the first time. Without it, your profile photo cannot be saved. If you're unable to find your postcode, feel free to reach out to our Support team for assistance.

NOTE: If you need to change your name and contact number please contact support@sourcr.com

Role Types and Specialisations

Your roles and specialisations should accurately reflect the placements and reviews displayed on your profile. Providing accurate details is essential — it allows potential clients and candidates to find you in our search directory and positions you as a trusted specialist in your field.

If these fields are left blank, you may miss the opportunity to appear in search results when candidates are looking for recruiters based on specific specialisation areas.

Bio

A video bio is a great way to introduce yourself to your audience and talk about your skills and experience.

In the ‘About Me’ section, focus on your experience, the markets you specialise in and a bit about yourself. Aim for 100–150 words to keep it clear, engaging and easy to read.
