The SEEK Recruiter Directory has launched in Australia and New Zealand. Candidates and hirers can discover recruiters and agencies, filtering by work type, location, classification, and role title.
Exclusively featuring Sourcr users, the directory gives you greater profile visibility, driving more inbound connections.
What does this mean for Sourcr users?
From June 30th 2025, all Sourcr profiles in Australia and New Zealand will have a SEEK Recruiter/ Agency Profile created on seek.com. This is a duplicate of their Sourcr profile in SEEK branding, showcasing their Sourcr public profile content on a SEEK domain.
Recruiters who meet the criteria will appear in search results in the SEEK Recruiter Directory and be found by active candidates and hirers browsing recruiters.
How can recruiters and agencies appear in the SEEK Recruiter Directory?
Upload a clear and identifiable profile photo for recruiters, and logo photo for agencies within your Sourcr account under ‘edit profile’
Update your postcode and select specialisation(s) in ‘edit profile’
Ensure you have collected and verified at least two reviews on Sourcr — with at least one review received in the last 12 months
How can recruiters and agencies rank higher in the search results?
The more verified reviews, and the higher the quality (average star-rating), the higher the profile will appear in search results.
Ensure you are:
Consistently collecting reviews for all placements
Keeping your profile up to date (ensuring your photo, contact information, specialisation and placements are all up-to-date to show up in the relevant searches)
When will the SEEK Recruiter Directory be live in other markets?
Sourcr and SEEK are planning to roll out the SEEK Recruiter Directory in Asia markets in FY26. As of June 30th 2025, the first release will only feature Australia and New Zealand recruiters, and only accessible for candidates and hirers searching for recruiters in these markets.
